The issues are related to the protection, registration, administration or licensing of the intellectual property rights of enterprises or to the defencing of such rights either against violations or violation claims.<\/p>\n<p>Intellectual property rights represent a company&#8217;s intangible assets. Today, an ever increasing portion of the value added by the company&#8217;s products is composed of functions that utilise the intangible assets of the company, such as research and development, engineering, design, marketing, distribution and service operations.
