In this case, effective collection can rescue to the creditor whatever is attainable. If necessary, collection will lead to an application for summons submitted to a district court and ultimately to forcible collection through execution.<\/p>\n<p>An undisputed application for summons can be handled in a so-called summary procedure. This is a quick way of obtaining a judgement that is subject to execution.
