Construction law – responsibility of construction designers

Construction companies and various types of design firms certainly also face problems in their work. The solving of these problems requires mediation or dispute resolution.

Building contracts often resort to the general terms and conditions (such as KSE2013 or YSE1998), which in themselves are proven and tested over time. In real life, however, disputes and different interpretations arise, requiring a specific person to solve them. Such person is usually also required long experience as an attorney in contractual liability issues.
