Public procurement

We assist and advise companies in contesting public procurement processes and in contractual matters related to them. As a rule, public authorities must subject their purchases to competitive bidding and treat the companies that participate in the bidding on an equal basis. If necessary, we draw up appeals and take care of litigation in the Market Court and the Supreme Administrative Court.
