Debt collection matters

When a commercial contract or service contract causes a problem or when the contractual partner is not willing to pay, the amount due can be recovered through effective debt collection. In this case, effective collection can rescue to the creditor whatever is attainable. If necessary, collection will lead to an application for summons submitted to a district court and ultimately to forcible collection through execution.

An undisputed application for summons can be handled in a so-called summary procedure. This is a quick way of obtaining a judgement that is subject to execution. Naturally, we also handle successfully trickier collection matters that have to be disputed.
