Litigation in civil and criminal cases

In civil cases, we assist clients in major disputes that end up in district courts, courts of appeal, the Supreme Court and administrative courts.

In criminal cases, we assist our clients for example in occupational safety matters and financial matters involving crime. We also provide our clients with assistance in other criminal cases, and we serve as a court-appointed defence counsel whenever necessary.

In criminal matters, however, the most common type of cases is one where we help the injured party in claiming justice and damages for our clients.
